  Great service and very friendly staff. Car was old but clean. You get what you pay for as it is half the price of other rentals and it got us from A to B.

  Excellent communication, Vehical better than I expected 7 family members of varying age's to move, clean tidy reliable and comfortable. Handy location from the airport.   Cars were reasonably clean although as expected from the company name dented / scratched although this didn't bother me. I just needed something to get around in for a few days. All the other rental car places (ones with nice cars) were all booked out. Car ran smoothly for a 20 yr old car with 200,000 km on the dial. The phone in the office never seemed to stop . The lady at the desk was trying to rent a car to me, return a rental from another lady and answer both the landline and mobile phone. Thankfully returning the car was a bit quicker. Management suggests taking photos of the vehicle before taking which I did and also on return . This way it shows which dents were there before and after. . How some people managed to dent the car so much is beyond me (sides, front, back, etc). The place was accommodating in letting me hire the car for an extra day on short notice (cost me of course). The excess is about $1500 unless you pay an extra $9 / day to reduce it to about $300 or so. I took this option incase someone crashed me. I didn't want to lose my excess due to some idiot on the road

  Rent a bomb were very easy to deal with; compared to other rental agencies I didn't have to fill out lots of paperwork. The process was easy and straightforward. The cars are older but well maintained. I did run into one issue with one of the cars, but James was able to find a solution for me. Recommended!
